Marjoram is the first cousin of oregano and its name only reminds us of Greece. With finer aromas than oregano, it is the perfect combination with summer zucchini while it goes perfectly with fish and seafood because of its lemony taste. It is included in raw or boiled salads but it is also an excellent decoction due to its healing properties.
